CrossFit OL1 trainer
I grew up in New Jersey and have always been an athlete. I spent most of my childhood swimming and playing tennis, and being active was always a big part of my life. After graduating from college, I started law school and found myself spending more and more of my time focused on school and work. I realized I was missing something outside of my career that I genuinely enjoyed and could challenge myself with.
I found CrossFit in 2024 while I was in the middle of law school, and it quickly became that thing for me. I loved that there was always something to work toward, whether it was learning a new movement, getting stronger, or simply pushing myself through a tough workout. But what really stuck with me was the community. I went from looking for something to do outside of school and work to genuinely looking forward to going to the gym every day.
I love CrossFit because it gives me a place to challenge myself, have fun, and be around people who want to see each other get better. Coaching feels like a natural way to give back to something that has become such a big part of my life. I want to help people feel comfortable in the gym, get excited about their progress, and hopefully find the same enjoyment and sense of community that I found when I started. I’m excited to help people get a little stronger, learn something new, and hopefully leave every class feeling better than when they walked in.
